A MAN has appeared in court accused of forging electrical safety certificates.
Kyle Wright, 29, faces two charges of making a false instrument with intent it be accepted as genuine. He did not enter pleas when he appeared before Workington Magistrates’ Court.
It is alleged that Wright forged electrical safety certificates for work he carried out while working for B&Q.
The offences are alleged to have taken place in Whitehaven, Workington and Egremont, between October 2022 and April 2023.
Wright, of Pica Cottages, Pica, will appear at Carlisle Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing on November 4.
