Carlisle United teenager Jack Egan has joined team-mate Jordan Holt at Workington Reds on a month's loan.
The winger will be with the Borough Park club until the end of October.
Egan's move is accompanied by a further month at Reds for midfielder Holt, who has already spent a four-week spell in West Cumbria.
Workington co-manager Dave Hewson said Egan had come highly recommended by former Reds boss and current Carlisle United youth boss Darren Edmondson.
"He has come highly recommended and with losing Jack Ryan as a forward we needed to bring in some bodies," said Hewson.
"Hopefully he will provide us with another attacking option.
"It is early days but obviously he will get an opportunity and we can get a good luck at him."
Egan's talent has already been noted with the teenager up for a North West Football Award.
He is one of 20 young players in the Rising Star category. His rivals include Fleetwood's West Cumbrian midfielder Kyle Dempsey.
Hewson said extending Holt's loan was a 'no-brainer' after the youngster has featured regularly in the Reds first team recently.
"We have got him for another month. I think he has settled in really well and adapted to the league so it was a no-brainer to keep him," added Hewson.
