CAUSER, Yvonne - The family of the late Yvonne wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement, also the cards, letters of condolence, flowers and donations received which will be shared between Hospice at Home and Macmillan Nurses. Thanks to Doctors Ian Marshall and Marcus Rieborn and a very special thanks to The Out of Hospital Care Team, Hospice at Home and Palliative Care Nurses for the dignity and compassion they showed to Yvonne and their support for the family. Thanks to Rev David Firth and June Hearsey for a comforting service and to Andrew Wilkinson and staff of The Co-op Funeralcare, Carlisle for all the arrangements.
