MIDDLEMASS, Arthur Edward Emerson - Sally would like to thank relatives friends, her Mears carers and all the district nurses for their kindness and support at Arthur's funeral and those who sent wonderful flowers and cards of condolence. Thank you Rev'd Richard Tulloch for the lovely service, the Lazy River Jazz Band, Austin Davies for the music and Ian Blair undertaker for his arrangements. A very special thanks to Leanne and most of all to Mary who made Arthur's day so memorable.
