BAKER, Clem - The family of the late Clem would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards and flowers received during their very sad loss of a much loved husband, dad and grandpa. Many thanks to all who attended the service and donated generously to Hospice at Home. A special thank you to Artemis Care, District Nurses, Hospice at Home and all other professionals who looked after Clem with such care and kindness. Finally, a special mention to Jonathan Bell of Michael Walsh Funeral Directors for the professional and dignified funeral arrangements.
