FAULDER, Anne - Lesley, Stephen and the family of the late Anne wish to express their sincere thanks to all friends for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards, flowers and donations to Hospice at Home received following their recent sad bereavement. Special thanks to Ann Woods for her close and special friendship and ongoing support through Anne's illness. Many thanks to district nurses, Re-enablement Team, Gill Dufton Palliative Care Nurse and Hospice at Home for all their care and kindness, also thanks to Dawn Evans for her lovely heartfelt service and Jill and Katie at Walker's Funeral Directors for their guidance and support in undertaking the arrangements.
