MARSHALL, William (Bill) - Roger, Peter and family wish to thank all relatives, friends, neighbours and former colleagues for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards and donations for the Parkinson's Society received following their recent very sad loss. In particular, thanks to Bill's nephew Steve for his friendship and support to Bill over the last few years. Special thanks to staff on Elm A Ward, Cumberland Infirmary and doctors and nurses at Spencer Street Surgery for all their care and support, to Rev. Caroline Kennedy for her wonderful tribute to Bill and her comforting service and to Graeme Kennedy Funeral Director for all the arrangements.
