DE VONALD, John Kenneth (Ken) - Julienne, Adele and Brian would like to thank relatives, friends, neighbours and past colleagues of Ken for their cards, flowers, messages of condolence and generous donations to the British Lung Foundation and St Martin's Church, Brampton. A special thank you to Kerry Thompson, dietician at the Cumberland Infirmary for her support during Ken's illness. Many thanks to Evelyn Alexander for a beautiful service at St Martin's Church, Ian Blair Undertaker for his caring help and guidance and Daisy Chain Florist also the Conservative Club, Brampton and Tracey Graham for her lovely and much appreciated refreshments.
