SPENCER, Noeleen - Lenny, Jacqueline and Paul wish to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind expressions of sympathy, cards and flowers received during their recent very sad loss of Noeleen, a loving wife, mam, mother-in-law and sister. A grateful thanks to all the staff on Larch C Ward, the palliative care nurses and ambulance service staff involved in all of Noeleen's care. Also
Dr. Kari and the staff at Grosvenor House Surgery, the Out of Hospital Team and Hospice at Home, to June Hearsey for her wonderful service and Dawn Evans of Walker's Funeral Directors. A sincere thanks to all who attended the service and gave so generously to Hospice at Home and Cancer Research.
