WARWICK, Gerald - Gillian, John and Amy wish to thank everyone for the cards, flowers and messages of sympathy which they received and thanks to family and friends for their support following this sad loss. Thank you to Dr. Jayawardena, Dr Hewson, Nicola, Carol and all at the Cumberland Infirmary to whom Gerald was extremely grateful. Special thanks to June Hearsey for summarising our stories and memories of Gerald into a very special eulogy and all the people who travelled long distances and made a great effort to attend the funeral.
