WILKINSON, Robert (Bob) - June and family of the late Bob wish to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends and neighbours for their care, compassion and support over the past few difficult weeks. The hugs, phone calls, emails and cards were much appreciated. Grateful thanks also to all those wonderful people who helped June care for Bob at home for so many weeks, nurses from Hospice at Home and doctors from Eden Medical Group Practice. Many thanks also to staff and clergy at Eden Valley Hospice for making Bob's final days as comfortable as possible and supporting and caring for the carer. Finally thanks to Eleanor Hancock, vicar of St Barnabas, members of West End Bowling Club 'Guard of Honour' and Graeme Kennedy of Kennedy & Ferguson Funeral Directors for a comforting service and helping us to give Bob a 'good send off'.
