KIRKUP, Annie Hooper - Moira, daughter of the late Annie (Ann) would like to thank family, friends and carers for their help, support, kind expressions of sympathy and cards at this sad time. Let us not forget the staff at Longtown Surgery who all kept Annie well enough to remain living in her own home. Thank you also for the beautiful flowers, many prepared by Cochranes Nurseries. Special thanks are extended to the organist, bearers, wardens of Arthuret Church and in particular to Melvyn Redgers for conducting the service so thoughtfully. Many thanks to Nicola and Stefan of Nicholson Funeral Directors for their professional and sensitive attention to detail. A good send off tea was enjoyed at The Gretna Chase.
