FERNANDEZ, Alfredo - Dorothy and Lucy have greatly appreciated all the cards, flowers, letters and tributes they have gratefully received after their tragic bereavement, every thought and expression of sympathy has meant so much. Thank you too to those dear friends who offered practical help and all who attended his Service of Remembrance and for your generous donations to Cancer Research. We are very sorry to have been unable to greet you all in person. Our special thanks go to Rev. Stuart Penny and the Fellowship of Crosthwaite Church for unstinting support and to those involved in the excellent medical care he was given throughout his illness and especially the team at Castlehead Medical Centre in Keswick. We are indebted to Funeral Directors Mike and Zoe Green for their considerate guidance and above all to our exceptional staff at Lyzzick Hall for their unfaltering dedication and as always for 'going the extra mile'. We realise our response is overdue but as some very deserving folks have been away it was appropriate to wait for their return.
