URWIN, Tom - Pat, Judith, Jane, Allister and family of the late Tom would like to thank everyone for the kind expressions of sympathy, cards and flowers received during their recent very sad bereavement. A very special thanks to dear friends for travelling great distances to support the family and all the carers for looking after Tom with care and kindness. Thanks to Dawn Evans from Walker's Funeral Directors for her uplifting words of comfort and to all who attended the service and gave so generously to Hospice at Home.
