FISHER, Samuel - Muriel, dear wife of Sam, would like to thank friends and relatives, neighbours at Goosegarth, members of the Methodist Church and wardens and residents of Heysham Gardens for the kind expressions of sympathy, cards, flowers and donations. Special thanks to personal friends who visited and supported Sam and I throughout his illness. Thank you also to the team at Eden Valley Hospice, Lanercost House and Doctors for their kindness and care. A sincere thank you to Rev'd David Firth for his comforting service, also thanks to Bruce Harris and Peter Watson of George Hudson and Sons for their help and guidance. A total of &pound311.20 was donated to the two chosen charities.
