LEWTHWAITE, Doreen - Helen and Doug wish to thank family and friends for their cards, expressions of sympathy, flowers and generous donations for the Eden Valley Hospice. Very special thanks to Mandy and the Knell's staff who cared so well for Mum in the last months of her life.
