EVANS, Jean - Pauline, Ian and family would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for all their lovely flowers, cards, and meassages of sympathy, following the very sad loss of a dear mam, granny and great granny. We would like to thank the following for all their help and support, Tom, Wesley, Thomas and Lee for being bearers, Angus for his lovely words, all staff on Willow B, especially Sister Gill Cleminson for everything she did, also Pam from Hospice at Home, the out of hours nursing team, the girls from Mears, Rev Van den Berg, Greysteads Hotel, a special thank you to Auntie Doris and Doe, also for the donations for Hospice at Home and Ken Patton Funeral Directors for his help and guidance.
