PORTER, James (Jimmy) - Angela and family would very much like to thank everyone for the support and love shown since the passing of James, with special thanks to the wonderful compassionate Doctor Asquith and for the support from the whole team on Elm A Ward, also the Out of Hospital Care Team in a time of such sorrow. The medical teams provided an incredible level of support, care and dedication in James' last hours.
