LANCASTER, Thomas (Tommy) - Anne, Judith, Malcolm and all of the family of the late Thomas (Tommy) wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, also for cards of condolence and donations to the Alzheimer's Society &pound403, received during their recent and very sad bereavement.
