PATTINSON, John - John, Marion, Margaret, Paul and all the family wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, condolence cards and donations during their recent sad bereavement. A very special thank you to Hilary Chaddock for a lovely service. Grateful thanks to carers, Caldbeck Surgery and district nurses, also to First Responders, paramedics and members of Larch Ward who cared for John in his last hours.
