LIGHTFOOT, John Reginald (Jack) - Marie and family of the late Jack wish to thank, most sincerely, all relatives friends and neighbours for all their kindness, sympathy, cards, flowers and donations recieved during the sad loss of Jack, and to so many people who attended the lovely service. Thanks to Wigton Medical Centre, district nurse Gail, carers Janice, Shona and Belinda, to the paramedics and A and E who acted so quickly and to Elm A Ward. Very special thanks to the staff at Wigton Hospital who cared for Jack excellently over his last two days and were so very kind to us all. We thank Canon Ravalde and Darren Studholme Funeral Director for all their help, support and guidance through this very difficult time, it was very much appreciated.
