BOERTIEN, Diane - Jonathan, Paul and family of the late Diane would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for the beautiful cards, flowers and kind words of sympathy during this very sad time, also sincere thanks for the generous donations to the Eden Valley Hospice. Sincere thank you to Doctors and staff at Court Thorn Surgery, the District Nurses Team and Eden Valley Hospice for the care Diane received and the wonderful care and support they gave the family, a special thanks to Rev'd Philip Dorling for the beautiful service and finally special thanks to Peter Watson of George Hudson and Sons for his help and kindness during this sad and difficult time.
