HAYTON, Tom - Michael, David, Peter and family of the late Tom would like to thank to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards, and generous donations to the Hospice at Home. Special thanks go to the Carers at Artemis and Hospice at Home, the paramedic teams, doctors and staff of Spencer Street Surgery and the Cumberland Infirmary, for all the care shown to Tom. Sincere thanks to Rev'd Canon Jim Hyslop for his comforting service and also to the staff at Morton Manor. Finally, thanks to Peter Watson of George Hudson and Sons Funeral Directors for his help and support.
