CHAMBERS Sylvia Peacefully at Stanbeck care home on Tuesday 19th May 2020. Sylvia aged 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Jack. Dearly loved mam of Peter and Michael. Cherished grandma of Mark, Adam, Katie and Charlotte. Loving great grandma. Sister, aunty and a loved mother-in-law of Carol and Andria. Private funeral service.
