KIRKPATRICK Margaret Elizabeth Peacefully at her home on Monday 10th of August 2020, Margaret Elizabeth aged 93 years. Beloved wife of the late David William, much loved mother of Duncan, mother-in-law of Heather, a dear grandmother of David and Emma and a great-grandmother of Keiron and Alfie. Private cremation to be held at Carlisle Crematorium on Wednesday 19th of August. Family flowers only please, but donations for cancer research would be gratefully accepted C/O Yeowart Gill & Rudd Tel 01946 693819.

Sign in to add a tributeI was so sorry to receive the sad news of Margaret's passing. She and David became very good friends of my parents when they became neighbours, and they extended their warm friendship to me and my family. It was always fun to visit them when I was back home.
I'll remember Margaret for her fell-walking exploits, her kind hospitality, and her ready smile. She was a lovely lady.
