LYONS John 'Fatherpop' Peacefully on Monday 7th December 2020, aged 85 years. Beloved husband of Jane, much loved and caring dad to Paul, Sandra, Linda and Tony, loving father-in-law to Gary, Margaret and Julie and the legend that is Fatherpop, cherished grandad to the late Mark and Jonathon, six granddaughters and eleven great-grandchildren. A private service will be held in Our Lady and St Michaels RC Church, Banklands, Workington at 11.00am, on Thursday 17th December, followed by cremation at Distington Hall. Family flowers only. RIP. Anyone wishing to pay there respects are welcome to do so either by standing outside Our Lady and St Michaels in keeping with social distancing or on Napier Street before leaving, again in keeping with social distancing.
