Robert HODGSON

HODGSON Robert Passed away on the Monday 14th December 2020 aged 74 years. Robert was the dearly loved brother of Dorothy and brother in law to Eric, as well as a much loved Uncle and Great Uncle. Robert's funeral took place on the Thursday 24th December at St Mary's Church Maryport and was followed by a burial service at Maryport cemetery. Our sincere thanks to the off-duty Doctor and emergency services who attended the scene so rapidly. A special thanks to Claire at West Cumberland Hospital and PC Tom Huck whose kindness throughout was so greatly appreciated. A huge thank you also to Amanda, Chiggy ,Richard and Barry your support was invaluable. We would also like to thank friends, relatives and neighbours as well as the Blencathra Hunt and all at Redmain for the kind messages, cards and flowers. The service by Rev Susan McKendrey was perfect, as was the great support from Ivan at John Sandelands Funeral Directors Seaton, where any desired donation for the British Heart Foundation may be sent. Thank you to all that have previously donated.
