EDWARDS Timothy Goss On 2nd March 2021, at home, Timothy Goss Edwards, son of W and M Edwards, brother of Dorothy S. MacLeod (Dumfries) and uncle to Torquil, Iona, Catriona and their families. Due to present restrictions a private interment has already taken place. Timothy's accident occurred 42 years ago, since then, there have been many people involved in his life, too many to thank personally. From the Hospitals to the Local surgery, medical and nursing advice and help has been available at all times and has been much appreciated. On the home front a constant bevy of Domestic and Horticultural help has always been available, given with care, friendship, companionship and humour, enabling Timothy to enjoy his home and beloved garden. Grateful thanks to all D.S.M.

In the 30 odd years that I knew Tim he was always in a good humour, laughing, tending his greenhouse plants and very sharp eyed for that last raspberry on the cane. He taught me a lot about life and patience, never complaining despite his pains. He was a true character who I will miss a great deal. It's sad that he couldn't have his wish for a horse-drawn carriage with all the regalia that he used to talk about for his last journey, due to covid. My condolences to his sister and her family.
