McGOWAN John Suddenly, but peacefully, at home with his family in Maryport, John, aged 78 years, dearly loved husband of the late Florence, much loved dad of Elaine, Alan and Janet, loving granda of Kayleigh, Paige, Ella and Holly, and dear brother of Peter. Private service at Distington Crematorium on Monday 17th May but cortege will leave Mosedale Crescent at 1.25pm and pass Victoria Cottage Hospital for anyone wishing to pay their respects. Family flowers only please but donations may be made to Maryport District Nurses c/o Stephen Johnston, Stony Brook, Row Brow, Dearham, CA15 7JR
