HIGGS Richard Peacefully at the West Cumberland Hospital on Wednesday 19th October 2022. Richard aged 67 years, dearly loved husband of the late Cheryl, much loved dad to Gary and his partner Lesley, a dear brother to Stella and Angela and to be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service and cremation at Distington Hall Crematorium on Wednesday 2nd November at 11.15am.
