MOUNSEY Dorothy (Nee Harrison) Peacefully at Riverside Court, Maryport on Sunday 11th December 2022. Dorothy aged 86 years, formerly School teacher at Paddle School, Cockermouth and Head Mistress at Netherton School, Maryport and St James' School Whitehaven. Beloved wife of the late Ashley and to be missed by all her family. Funeral service to be held in St Mary's Church, Ennerdale Bridge on Wednesday 28th December at 12.15pm followed by cremation at Distington Hall Crematorium. My sincere condolences to Dorothy's family.
So very sorry to hear the news of Dorothy's passing. I will always remember her and Ashley's kindness when my family and I first moved to Cumbria and singing with them at WCCS. Really lovely couple, together once more, and so very talented. Our loss is the Heavenly Choir's gain.
