HOOKE Derek Vernon Peacefully at The Dales Residential Home, Maryport on Thursday 6th April, 2023, Derek, of Maryport, aged 92 years, a much loved father and friend who will be sadly missed. Service at Distington Hall Crematorium on Tuesday, 25th April at 11.15am. Family flowers only please but donations may be made to Maryport Health Services Patient Participation Group c/o Stephen Johnston (Funeral Director), Stony Brook, Row Brow, Dearham, CA15 7JR.

Derek was an excellent cousin and friend to me and to my late mother. He has left a big gap in my life but also some lovely memories of his stories of his life. Much missed.
