Filming has been taking place in Cumbria for new ITV series Deep Water.

Windermere Ferry has been used today by the firm Kudos to film its new six-part drama set in the Lake District.

Filming has already been taking place in the Coniston area this week.

The new series, which stars multi-award winning actresses Anna Friel, Sinead Keenan and Rosalind Eleazar, is set to be aired early in 2019.

Scenes have been filmed around the Bluebird Cafe on the shores of Coniston Water, as well as at Staveley and Bowness.
