Workington MP Mark Jenkinson
Newly-elected Workington MP Mark Jenkinson has resigned from his role as chairman of Seaton Parish Council, but remains a member.
Councillor Danny Horsley was appointed as the new chairman of the village’s parish council at a meeting on Monday.
He is also chairman of Seaton Village Hall committee.
The next parish council meeting is on February 17.
