Cockermouth Mountain Rescue Team came to the aid of a fell runner who dislocated her elbow in a fall.
The team were called out after a 36-year-old female fell while out running with a group on Blake Fell.
She had to be stretchered down to a waiting ambulance.
It was the third callout for the team this year, with 25 volunteers involved. The incident lasted for about three hours.
