Families across the country are set to take part in a pyjamas and reading day tomorrow.
Pyjamarama from reading charity BookTrust has been brought forward to keep children occupied during isolation.
The event is all about bedtime stories so families will share their favourite books in their pyjamas.
On Friday May 1, BookTrust will stream live reading sessions and interactive activities from acclaimed children's authors like Cressida Cowell, Chris Riddell and Louise Pentland.
Whitehaven Library will be hosting a special reading of My Pet Star by Corrinne Averiss live on their Facebook page from 10.45am.
