The detached Victorian property is 2,843 square feet.

The two-storey building features a portico entrance with quoins to the windows and dentil cornicing to the front elevation roofline.

Internally, the ground floor includes a large chapel room, a kitchen, toilets and a private office. There is also access to a substantial basement area.

The first floor provides three large rooms and separate women's and men's toilet facilities. The second floor also hosts other rooms.
