A MAN has been ordered to complete 150 hours of unpaid work after he harassed a woman.
Jarred Hellon admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with the intention of causing harassment alarm or distress.
The offence took place on June 20.
The 45-year-old appeared before Workington's magistrates' court on Friday.
Hellon, of Patterdale Close in Whitehaven, also admitted resisting a police officer in the execution of his duty.
This happened on the same day.
He was ordered to complete 150 hours of unpaid work by June 10, 2022.
Hellon was also ordered to pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
He must pay the full balance by January 8.
