A CARLISLE crown court judge will sentence a homeless man convicted of outraging public decency and engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child.
Christopher Peter Scott, 31, committed the offences in Silloth on September 9. He denied both offences but was found guilty after a trial at Carlisle's Rickergate Magistrates' Court.
Scott was told his name must now be on the Sex Offender Register.
The defendant, who was represented in court by defence lawyer John Smith, was remanded in custody and will be sentenced on November 15.
The period for which the defendant will be on the Sex Offender Register will be depend upon the sentence he is given.
