A FESTIVAL of Carols will come to Workington- celebrating Christmas time in the town.
The festival will take place in Our Lady and St. Micheal's Church Banklands on December, 3 and is set to be a delight for all who attend.

The festival will feature the Cockermouth Mechanics band conducted by Sarah Cannon, as well as a number of popular Christmas Carols sand by local soloists Anthony McGuckin and Jean Jakers accompanied by David Jones.
President of Workington Derwent Rotary Club Anthony McGuckin said: "This is the first time Cockermouth Mechanics Band have played at Our Lady and St Micheals Church and it is set to be an evening of splendour.
"The acoustics in the church will compliment the experience of a wonderful brass band playing as well as the Christmas Carols.
