First line-up announced for Solfest Music Festival, Silloth

Solfest Festival is unique in having a 12am mainstage curfew, and a 24 hour licenced arena.

This year the line-up includes big names such as The Charlatans and Pendulum DJ set as well as some popular Cumbrian favourites.

SET: Basement Jaxx in 2021

Sam Johnston, Festival Director at Solfest, said: “This is our most ambitious and exciting event in the history of Solfest.

“With the success of 2021 and the help that the Cultural Recovery fund provided, we have been able to expand our artistic offering many times over, we still have over 100 acts still to announce in the coming months, we are also able to confirm we have a brand new main stage to increase the audience’s enjoyment of the performances with increased production, bigger screens and outdoor lasers!” “No one can truly explain the feeling of true joy it was seeing so many happy dancing people come together after the Covid 19 pandemic especially after so much uncertainty that lead up to it.”
