After our very successful April auction back in the room with over 95% sold, we are going to head back to the room for our May auction with the 4 ways to bid.
The auction will still be ‘Live Streamed’ to accommodate internet bidding, alongside telephone or proxy bidding and of course, those who would like to attend in person. Pre-registration for all methods will be necessary, the same form will accommodate all four options.
The registration forms can be downloaded from our website, collected from the office at 59 Warwick Road, Carlisle, or can be emailed/posted to you.
The auction will be held at noon on Thursday, May 26th, at The Halston Hotel, Warwick Road, Carlisle. The doors open from 11am with solicitors and auction finance teams in attendance alongside the auction house staff if you have any queries.
There’s still time to enter your property into the auction, if you would like a FREE auction appraisal, please contact the team. Suitable auction lots include residential or commercial properties (tenanted or vacant), development opportunities or land.
