RALLYING AROUND ROTARY: Some of the fun and the funds from former years included a Rotary car rally
Town centre organisations are being invited to a Rotary coffee evening next week.
The evening is being hosted by the Maryport Rotary Club in an ongoing drive to raise awareness and membership of the group.
Secretary Pat Brinicombe said: "If responses to our invitations are anything to go by, there should be a good turnout."
Maryport Rotary is trying to emphasise the worth of the group - both in the charity work it does and as a social time together.
Members of the Flimby MaleVoice Choir have also been invited to perform and refreshments will be served.
The meeting will be held at Wrights Coffee at 7.30pm on Wednesday, May 25.
Light refreshments are provided.
