MORE than 200 residents have taken part in an 'audio adventure' covering 70 years of living in their hometown.
Specifically, the adventure is confined to Ewanrigg, part of the town of Maryport.
It was recorded as part of Entra and the ELT 'jubilation celebration'.
This is the first-ever screening of a video that sums up life in Ewanrigg.
The audio adventure was put together by ELT, Entra and Ragged Edge.
Stefan from Ragged Edge created the audio adventure from conversations within the community about the last 70 years of living in Ewanrigg - the same time as the reign of Queen Elizabeth II.
The event is free but because of the number of headphones available, space is limited and must be booked. A morning session has already been filled but there are spaces available at 1.30pm on Friday.
The event will be followed by light refreshments and the chance to chat and discuss the audio.
The audio adventure and the fun day was helped with funding from Entra and ELT, the Cumbria Community Foundation, Home Group and the Arts Council.
