MARYPORT town clerks have been praised for 'another excellent external audit'.
Stephen Ashworth, chairman of Maryport Town Council's finance committee, congratulated Paul Bramley and Lisa Douglas for the work they had done.
Cllr Angela Kendall agreed: "We have had these excellent reports for some years now and it is due to the hard work of the clerks.
"It is a credit to them."
