A MAN has appeared in court accused of breaching a sexual harm prevention order.
Marc Moore, 34, of Newlands Lane South, Workington, did not enter a plea to the charge he faces when he appeared at Workington Magistrates’ Court.
Moore is accused of entering or remaining in a household in Workington, where a child under 18 years old was present, without approval from children’s services, which he is prohibited from doing.
A sexual harm prevention order was imposed by Carlisle Crown on January 13.
The case was sent to Carlisle Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing on March 13.
Moore was granted unconditional bail.
