A MOTORIST has denied driving a vehicle dangerously.
Daniel Whitehead, 35, is accused of driving a red Seat Leon vehicle dangerously in Maryport on January 23.
The defendant, of of Pecklewell Terrace, Maryport, entered a not guilty plea when he appeared at Workington Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
The case was sent to Carlisle Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing on November 27. Whitehead was granted unconditional bail.
