There's lots on offer at a popular beer festival which will be held in Cockermouth later this month.
There will be a choice of 54 beers, seven ciders, several gin options and Prosecco as well as live music at the event being organised by the town's Round Table.
Treasurer Ben King said: "The Beer Festival has been the biggest event in our calendar for many years. This year, once again, it is being held at The Kirkgate Centre and the main event sponsor is Cumbrian Ales.
"We have also been overwhelmed by the numerous local businesses and Cumbrian breweries who have provided generous sponsorship, without which, the event simply couldn’t function.
"Our heartfelt thanks go out to every single one of them."
The fun starts on Thursday, November 30, with a quiz. Friday night sees the first of the live entertainment with local band LLAMA LLAMA performing.
"Saturday afternoon provides a great opportunity to work through the hangover from Friday night with music from Pete Wilson and the Band, followed by the incredibly popular Sea Shanty Crew," said Ben.
"The best Saturday night of the year then closes us out with Mojo Rising taking to the stage."
All evening sessions are from 6-11pm, with the Saturday afternoon session being 12-4pm.
The funds raised from the beer festival go towards community events and donation requests.
"This year we have donated towards local students attending conservation projects in Madagascar and Ecuador, Hospice at Home West Cumbria, All Saints choir, The Derek Thompson award for sporting pupils at Cockermouth School and Cockermouth Rugby Club," said Ben.
"We also put on the Santa Sleigh and Santa’s grotto at light switch on all for free, thanks to the funds raised at the beer festival."
He thanked everyone for their hard work. "A lot of work goes into the Beer Festival from a small group of Round Table volunteers.
"But we all feel it’s worth it to see the smiles on everyone’s faces; and we can’t wait to see everyone again on November 30."
