A restaurant in Workington has been handed a new food hygiene rating.
The Garden, a restaurant on Steelmans Walk, was graded four out of five - or 'good' - after an assessment on October 11, according to the Food Standards Agency's website.
It was rated 'good' for 'hygienic food handling' and 'cleanliness and condition of facilities and building', and rated 'generally satisfactory' for 'management of food safety'.
It means that of the Cumberland Council area's 560 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 471 (84 per cent) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
