A 12 year old girl was taken to hospital following a collision with an unmarked police car in Workington town centre.
Police were called at 3.35pm yesterday December, 5 following a collision involving an unmarked police vehicle and a pedestrian on Bridge Street, Workington.
The pedestrian, a 12-year-old girl, was taken to hospital for treatment to minor injuries.
As is routine with collisions involving a police vehicle, the matter has been referred to the Independent Office for Police Conduct.
